I’m Gila Levitt – wife, mother, shvigger, BUBBY, international speaker and teacher, with over 20 years experience as a Kallah teacher, an educator of Kallah teachers and empowering Jewish women of all ages and stages to deepen their relationship with their husband – with Jewish law and classic Torah sources as our guide.
Kedushas Habayis – the Holiness of the Jewish Home – has been my consuming passion for years. I get fired up about the laws of harchakos – ever met anyone who can talk about that for 5 hours straight and loves to do so?
Well, now you have!
As a woman, I have been through it all – shana rishona, pregnancy, miscarriages, nursing, infertility. Babies, teenagers, shidduchim, married children, empty nest, pre-menopause and more. As a couple we have dealt with a spiritually struggling son, financial difficulties, depression, aging parents, losing parents, the stress of living in Eretz Yisroel plus, plus, plus!!
For YEARS I believed taking my classes, saturated with our holy Torah’s wisdom, and working on your middos was enough to change your marriage.
And it was – for some women. But I saw that so many of my students were still frustrated. Marriages were “peaceful” but lacking depth and vitality. They lacked the right perspective; physical intimacy “glues together” body and soul in a way that even the most romantic dinner or meaningful DMC cannot accomplish! And here, so many women I taught were frustrated. They lacked the right perspective, they were suffering from a lack of information – they were disconnected from their own bodies and desires… so, I changed my focus!
Instead of just teaching Kallahs and Kallah teachers about the importance of intimacy, I realized that EVERY JEWISH WOMAN needs this information. Now, instead of emphasizing emotional intimacy and teaching the laws of Family Purity, my mission is to guide Jewish women to recapture their feminine and sensual essence, to connect to physical intimacy as a source of kedusha and happiness in their lives, to empower them to implement changes in behavior and mindset – so that every marriage is a soul satisfying connection and every home is truly a MIKDASH Me’AT – a dwelling place for Hashem’s Presence. I know what you are thinking…how is this different than everything I’ve already done?
First of all, unlike most marriage books and classes for Jewish women where intimacy is rarely discussed, REVITALIZE INTIMACY places everything on the table, and it is saturated with Jewish sources. Intimacy is, after all, one of the key foundations to marital peace – (see Masechet Shabbos 152a).
Secondly, through my decades of experience as a Torah marriage educator, I have culled together the most up to date and practical information, together with the newest tools and techniques from all the courses I myself have taken, and all the professionals who have graciously educated me along the way.

Topic 1: Kedusha, Desire and Pleasure – Getting Our Heads on Straight
You will achieve mind blowing clarity about intimacy (the Mitzvah of Onah) and its centrality to the Torah home. With the writings of contemporary and classic sources, many based on Kabbalah, you will finally feel a sense of freedom to explore the delights that marriage has to offer in a whole new way.
Topic 2: The Female Pleasure System – Connecting to You
In this module we discuss the female body and the art and the science behind experiencing pleasure. Here you will be empowered with the most up to date information about the female pleasure system and will learn tips, tools and techniques to maximize each intimate encounter. You will reclaim your amazing feminine and sensual essence. This class has been an absolute favorite with all of my students: young, old, Kallah teachers, professionals those who were satisfied with their intimate life – and those who were not!
Topic 3: Where is My Desire: A Holistic Approach to Nurturing Your Libido
“Come on, Gila! Just give me a few tips to get in the mood!” Women always say this to me. Desire is much more than a few tips. In this topic, we identify physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual blocks to desire and provide you with a toolbox of practical solutions. The libido is connected to our life force. Nurturing our libido not only opens you up to a greater desire for intimacy, but to a desire for LIFE!
Topic 4: Two Paths, One Goal – Male & Female Energy in Intimacy
Intimacy is not just about male and female bodies connecting, but rather the dance of male and female energy. Here we will focus on understanding how the male and female process in intimacy works and learn how to maximize each intimate encounter. Here we also discuss how to handle the differences in levels of desire within a marriage – narrowing the gap, bridging the gap and the unique formula for damage control.
Topic 5: Igniting and Reigniting the Fire Until 120: Stepping out of your Comfort Zone
In this module we discuss the two core ways to keep passion alive over the years – introducing novelty and through adding depth. Intimacy has been defined as “Into Me You See”. This reminds me of a story: After one of my classes where we talked about ways to reignite intimacy, I gave my students a certain exercise to do at home. One woman told me they had just started seeing a therapist, paid the cost of this entire course for just one therapy session, and were given the very same exercise to do.
